By booking, scheduling, or receiving any service from RISE HIGH MOBILE MECHANICS, or by accessing or using our website at www.risehighmobile.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Mobile Service
RISE HIGH MOBILE MECHANICS provides mobile auto repair and maintenance services, where a technician travels to the customer’s specified location (home, work, etc.) to perform the agreed-upon services.
A. Scheduling and Service Location
- Service Location: Customers must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for the repair service. The location must comply with all local ordinances and property management rules.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any fees, citations, or property manager issues that may arise from performing service at your chosen location.
- Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service if the technician deems the location unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable for performing the necessary repairs.
B. Estimates and Authorization
- All initial service quotes are estimates and are not final.
- We will provide a final repair estimate and a list of necessary repairs after a physical diagnosis (or remote consultation).
- We will not proceed with any repair work without your express authorization. This authorization may be given verbally, through email, or via a text message reply (see Section 4).
3. Pricing, Invoicing, and Payment
- Payment Due: Full payment for all parts and labor is due immediately upon the completion of the service.
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved payment plans.
- Deposits: We may require a non-refundable deposit to schedule the service or order specialized parts.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel a scheduled appointment less than [Insert Hours, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled time, you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to [Insert Amount, e.g., $50.00].
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Service Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to us, either by texting our toll-free number (833-747-3444) or by submitting it through a web form, you agree to receive text messages related to our services.
A. Opt-In and Use
- Purpose: Messages will be used for transactional and conversational purposes, including:
- Scheduling and appointment confirmations.
- Technician arrival and status updates.
- Repair estimates and requests for approval to proceed.
- Invoicing and payment requests.
- Post-service follow-up and review requests.
- Frequency: Message frequency is variable and will be based on your service interaction.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
B. Opt-Out and Support
- To Cancel: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

5. Limited Warranty and Liability
